• Full and clean driving licence (Local or International
• Legal age to drive in Tanzania(18YRS)
• Not be intoxicated
• Distance allowed per day is 150kms across Tanzania
• Extra distance is charged at US$ 0.5
• Personal insurance to be borne by the customer
• All in the car to have own personal insurance
•Returning the car at a different city/town attracts extra charges
• Customer to insure their own belongings
• Vehicle is full insured for theft, collision and fire
• Customer receives a car with full tank and must return the same
• Customer receives a clean car and must return it clean or pay US$15/= at drop off
• Free to cross the border with the car as long as you send your travelling documents for proper verification at your embassy before you arrive.
